I
had so much fun making the Mad Hatter ATC, so I made another one! I
used Distress Stains on watercolor paper for the background and strip.
Rock Candy Distress Dry Glitter was put on the green strip. I printed
the Mad Hatter from Octopode Factory and then colored him with Copics.
Tim Holtz Tissue Tape was used for the word MAD and the hands pointing
at him.
